Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & not delivered):

After we process the cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded to you within 24-48 business hours.

Replacement Policy 

Each shipment from TheSalon21KD is inspected by our quality control team before it leaves our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment, it can be replaced. Please record an unboxing video when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the strict hygiene rules that we follow, we do not accept any exchanges for our products. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment, it can be replaced.
